Description

Increasing atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations lead to increasing acidification of the ocean. Ocean acidification (OA) is a threat to the marine environment. The objective in this work is to study effects of ocean acidification on predator-prey interaction for a selection of benthic marine invertebrates.

My role

Developing a DEBkiss model for green sea urchins, and analyse the effect of ocean acidification on this species (in collaboration with Sam Dupont).
